Our organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon from the Kelly Fleming estate is complemented by Malbec
from Sage Creek Vineyard in Chiles Valley. The final blend is 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Malbec.

The 2019 Big Pour Cabernet is alluring on the nose, brimming with heady notes of
creme de cassis, dark black cherry, baking spices and cigar box. On the palate there’s a lush and opulent
character, characteristic of the mostly mild 2019 growing season, that offered both generous quality and
yields. The smooth and succulent palate is framed by rich, velvety tannins. Powerful flavors of plum, red
cherry and bright cranberry are studded with hints of graphite, dark chocolate and wild bay. This match
between concentrated red fruits and smooth tannins yields a wine with delicious balance and grace.
