Winemaker Notes
Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc from Napa’s Ryan’s Vineyard presents an inviting bouquet of perfumed powder notes, entwined with the fragrances of dried apricot, juicy pineapple, guava, ripe honeydew melon, and sweet orange. Its super bright disposition uplifts the palate with a burst of energy, while a subtle dried herb in the finish adds depth and complexity. Delicate floral undertones dance gracefully alongside a refreshing wet nickel minerality, contributing to an overall sensation of freshness and vitality. This wine is truly lovely, offering a delightful sensory journey with every sip.
The wine is aged in 25% Stainless Steel, 70% Neutral French Oak, and 5% New French Oak for approximately 6 months.
