2012 Big Pour Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2012 Big Pour is a generous, supple wine with both verve and class.  The aromatics are abundant and complex, reminiscent of cherry crumble, crème de cassis, black tea and floral bay leaf.  The palate is luscious and juicy, with flavors of maraschino cherry, milk chocolate and candied plum.  This fruit forward appeal is deftly counterbalanced with the trademark Fleming minerality and herbal edge. 

Each vintage brings a new opportunity to feature a distinctive photograph transformed into a label, immortalizing a perfect Big Pour moment.  This year’s photo was taken by Adrián Gregorutti and features our founder Kelly Fleming standing guard with her dog Lesko.  Given just how sought after Big Pour is, we felt extra security was needed to ensure it leaves the winery peacefully.

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Syrah, 5% Malbec, 5% Petite Verdot
