Shipping Costs

Shipping is provided by UPS, FedEx and GSO at current market rates and incudes shipping, handling and insurance costs.

Summer Shipping

During the warm summer months, all orders are subject to heat hold due to heat. Kelly Fleming Wines reserves the right to hold all shipments regardless of shipping method requested due to extreme heat or temperatures over 75 degrees that  damage the wine, compromising its life span and integrity.

We do offer a special shipping method: FedEx Refrigerated Shipping.  FedEx ships your wine in a refrigerated truck from Napa Valley to a local hub in your area.  The package is then sent via FedEx Priority Overnight service and will arrive at your address that morning before noon.  It is a great option to ship wine during the summer without the fear of damaging the product and at more reasonable rate then normal 2-Day or Overnight service.

If selected as a chosen Shipping Method, your wine will not be eligible for replacement due to heat damage, failed or multiple delivery attempts, shipping delays, or weather related damage. Packages that are returned to us are not eligible for replacement wine and are subject to additional shipping fees. We will automatically release your wine in the fall(October) when cooler temperatures prevail.
