Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy for Pickett Road Wine Company (Kelly Fleming Wines)

We will replace any wine that is corked with a bottle of the current vintage. We ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. 

Please note that we are unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that is ordered in error.  Please send an email to info@kellyflemingwines.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, we will replace it with the new vintage after recieving the damaged bottle back. Please contact info@kellyflemingwines.com or call the winery (707) 942-6849 to arrange for replacment. 

Missed Shipments

Please note that an adult (over 21 years of age) must be availabe to receive and sign for any wine shipment. Any returned packages due to a missed delivery or incorrect address (if given by the customer) will incur re-shipping and handling fees from the shipper and the fulfillment warehouse. The customer will be responsible for these fees.

Cancelled Shipments

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
